In Lagos State, the standard size of a plot is 60 x 120ft ( 18m x 36m i.e. 648sqm), while in some highbrow area in Lagos and in other states of the country, it is measured as 50 x 120ft.

And in estate schemes with Real Estate companies it is 600sqm, this enables them to do proper road network and layout of the entire land mass.
