Since it's throw back Thursday and a new month, on a lighter mood here is something to throw back on and start the new month with.

The image you see shows 2017 -left and 2018- right, banners respectively for Westwood Park Estate 2, located at Sangotedo, Ajah behind ShopRite, Novare Mall (The biggest ShopRite in Nigeria), the image on the left side was from last year March 2017 and image on the right is this year January 2018.


Enough said, do the math yourself and I am sure you will agree with me, Real Estate investment isn't just about acquiring properties but in actual fact it is about having a profitable investment.
