3. Do carry Out a Proper Land Verification Search

4. Do ensure all their Landed Transaction Details in Writing

5. Do Involve professionals in Land Matters before you buy a land.

6. Do take immediate possession of the land you bought immediately.



DON'Ts

1. Don't buy a Land without demanding for the Documents possessed for the land.

2. Do not buy a land that  trouble prone: When you see signs indicating "Land is not for sale", please always ask question and do more verification of documents and land owner.

3. Don't ever do a cash transaction in purchasing a land, no matter the urgency or reason. DON'T EVER DO THIS.
